Miso Dressing:
You will need:
- 1/4 cup miso
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1/2 Tsp. Minced ginger
- Water (optional)
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients. Use a fork or whisk (you can also use food processor), beat until smooth.
- Add a teaspoon of water at a time (for thinner consistency)
Salad: You can use any vegetables that you like. I prefer to put some eggplants on it. It really taste good with the miso dressing.
What we used:
- Vegetable noodles (It's Vietnamese I believe)
- Cucumber
- Korean Pear
- Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Steamed spinach
