I really like this dressing. I even added lots of lemon juice on it. Thanks to www.hoboes.com for sharing/posting this very healthy salad dressing.
You will need:
- 4 Tbsp. Miso
- 4 Tbsp. Yogurt
- 1 Lemon (Juice)
- 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tsp. Green chili (siling haba) but we used Bird's eye chili (siling labuyo); we like it more spicy.
Procedure:
- Mix miso and yogurt in a bowl using a fork.
- Add lemon juice and sesame oil
- Then the chili.

Hi there Hideric! Thank you for the comment! Well, I am always interested with Japanese foods.. That made me search for more simple and easy to follow Japanese dishes. That cooking stuff started last year. :D
