What's new? We added fruits in our daily meal! Now, this is what you call complete meal. On our way to simple and healthy lifestyle. (The only problem now is.. sodium intake.)
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 Korean pear
- 1 pack black grapes
- 1 pack grapes
- 1 small red cabbage
- 1 box fresh milk
- 1 pack Oishi's Fruity loops
- 1 Treffpunkt beef kainer
- 1 box of Japanese Curry
- 1 Tini (red wine)
- 1 bundle of spring onions
- 1 pack Lauric/palm oil
Breakfast and lunch:
German sausage with Japanese curry sauce! |

Fruity loops and rolled oats (with milk) |
Dinner:
Okayu (rice porridge or lugaw), Eggplants, tomatoes and sauteed garlic, chili and onions in kikoman |

@Agnes, yes Kikoman is better and healthier than soy sauce. It even tastes good than soy sauce.
