We ate this with a half cup of potato salad, and a bowl of veggies (sliced tomatoes and cucumber in balsamic vinegar). Always remember you can eat anything, just watch your portions and just enjoy your food/meal. You can eat without guilt. Remember my post about why do French and Japanese people don't get fat?
You will need:
- 1 - 2 cups of red beans or pinko beans
- 4 - 8 cups of water
- 1 Large, diced ham
- 2 Minced garlic cloves
- 1 Large onion (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 Tsp of salt
- 1 Tsp of black pepper
What to do:
- Just, put bean and water in a pot, then add all other ingredients, let it boil until the beans are cooked.
