Miso Yogurt Dressing

Miso yogurt dressing and our very own potato and spinach patties.
Another salad dressing/sauce made from miso. We used this as a sauce for our "Potato and Spinach Patty" (Will post the recipe some other time.) Anyway, we keep on searching for more recipe for miso based dressings; miso can amazingly last long in the fridge.. And we have 2 bags of miso in the fridge for almost a month.. I believe.

I really like this dressing. I even added lots of lemon juice on it. Thanks to www.hoboes.com for sharing/posting this very healthy salad dressing.

You will need:
  • 4 Tbsp. Miso
  • 4 Tbsp. Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon (Juice)
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tsp. Green chili (siling haba) but we used Bird's eye chili (siling labuyo); we like it more spicy.

Procedure:
  • Mix miso and yogurt in a bowl using a fork.
  • Add lemon juice and sesame oil
  • Then the chili.
