Bibimbap (Korean)

Korean dish this week. This is our version of Bibimbap. We used vegetable noodles instead of rice. Why noodles? It's cheap and it's easy to cook. Anyway, this meal is really healthy it is loaded with vegetables. Plus! It is really easy to prepare.

What we used:

  • Vegetable Noodles
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green beans
  • Jicama (or singkamas)
  • Egg plant (sauteed)
  • Egg
  • Sesame seeds (roasted)
  • Kikoman
  • Gochujang (Red pepper paste)

Procedure:
In this photo we used some spinach
  • Cook noodles. Set aside.
  • Cut vegetables into strips.
  • Put noodles and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Cook egg (sunny side up).
  • Add some sesame seeds.
  • Add kikoman to taste
  • Best served with gochujang
