Asian Miso Salad II

We're not vegetarian. We are just saving money because we got lots of bills to pay for. Meats are pretty pricey. Anyway, here's the recipe.

Miso Dressing:

You will need:
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Minced ginger
  • Water (optional)

Procedure:
  • Combine all ingredients. Use a fork or whisk (you can also use food processor), beat until smooth.
  • Add a teaspoon of water at a time (for thinner consistency)

Salad: You can use any vegetables that you like. I prefer to put some eggplants on it. It really taste good with the miso dressing.

What we used:
  • Vegetable noodles (It's Vietnamese I believe)
  • Cucumber
  • Korean Pear
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Steamed spinach
