You will need:
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 Cup water or milk
- 6 Tbsp. powdered milk (If you used water instead of fresh milk)
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 - 2 Cups oatmeal (I used rolled oats)
- Mix all ingredients into a sauce pan
- Bring to boil and hold it for 1 -2 minutes until thick.
- Remove from heat
- Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper
- Then let it cool until set.
