No Bake Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Here's my very own no bake cinnamon oatmeal cookies. I've got a lot of work to do last Friday. My eyes are yearning to sleep so I need to grab something to munch on to keep myself awake. I had decided to make some no bake oat meal cookies since I'm craving for something sweet but healthy. This recipe is good for 1 to 2 persons.

You will need:
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water or milk
  • 6 Tbsp. powdered milk (If you used water instead of fresh milk)
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 - 2 Cups oatmeal (I used rolled oats)

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients into a sauce pan
  • Bring to boil and hold it for 1 -2 minutes until thick.
  • Remove from heat
  • Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper
  • Then let it cool until set.

Hi Marley! Sorry for the late response. You can add 1 to 2 tbsp of cinnamon. :D
