Grocery Items

Okay, so here's our grocery item (09 Oct. 2010) This is what you call the frugal shopping cart. We've got lots of bills to pay for this month. Moving on.. We're not on the mood to drink beer, so we decided to buy a bottle of red wine. Resveratrol loaded week!

What's new? We added fruits in our daily meal! Now, this is what you call complete meal. On our way to simple and healthy lifestyle. (The only problem now is.. sodium intake.)

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 Korean pear
  • 1 pack black grapes
  • 1 pack grapes
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 1 box fresh milk
  • 1 pack Oishi's Fruity loops
  • 1 Treffpunkt beef kainer
  • 1 box of Japanese Curry
  • 1 Tini (red wine)
  • 1 bundle of spring onions
  • 1 pack Lauric/palm oil
This week's menu:

Breakfast and lunch:
German sausage with Japanese curry sauce!

-OR-

Fruity loops and rolled oats (with milk)


Dinner:
Okayu (rice porridge or lugaw), Eggplants, tomatoes and sauteed garlic, chili and onions in kikoman

@Agnes, yes Kikoman is better and healthier than soy sauce. It even tastes good than soy sauce.
