Potato Salad

Since I am really busy, I made some potato salad, stored it inside the fridge and eat it whenever I want to.  Easy to prepare and it is healthy as well.So, here's a hefty treat for you. I think this is perfect for those who are busy and can't find a time to prepare their food. This is good for 3-5 days.

You will need:

  • 3-5 Medium sized Diced Cooked Potatoes
  • Minced Carrots
  • Minced Onions
  • Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Celery
  • 250g Bacon (bits)
  • 1 cup Mayo
What to do:

  • Wash and boil the potatoes (make sure it's not over cooked) Set aside.
  • Cook bacon cut it into very small pieces, yes, crush them. 
  • Mince vegetables (celery, onions, garlic, and carrots)
  • Slice/dice potatoes
  • Put everything in a big bowl
  • Then put 1 cup mayo
  • Mix well
