Chili Dory Fillet

I just discovered that fish fillets are really great with pasta. I would like to share this yummy and spicy dory fillet that we had for dinner yesterday. We ate this with our pesto pasta (will post the recipe next time). You can also try this with fresh green salad or with hot and steamy rice. If you want it extremely spicy, you can add some Sriracha (Thai Chili sauce, this is really spicy, Sriracha is spicier than Tabasco XD) or any chili sauce (hot sauce) that you like.


You will need:
  • Dory Fillet
  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 Tsp. Crushed pepper
  • 1/2 Salt (to taste)
  • Oil or Bacon fat/oil

What to do:
1. Sprinkle chili powder, crushed pepper, and salt to the fish fillet.
2. In a low heat fire, add a little amount of oil, then pan fry the fillet.
