Going Chinese: Mantao and Tsingtao

Mantou, Taiwanese Pechay (Cabbage), Ground Pork,
Tsingtao beer, and Lee Kum Kee's Chili Garlic Sauce.

Steamed mantou or Chinese buns is now one of my favourite weekend treats! If you love siopao, then I am pretty sure that you'll like these buns as well! These buns are really good with steamed vegetables and ground pork with chili garlic sauce.  The best drink for these yummy and steamy Chinese buns is a bottle of cold Tsingtao (beer). It tastes like rice, light, and crisp. This beer only have 3% alcohol content... Yes I said 3%.

A complete and balanced meal for everyone! Not only that, mantous are pretty cheap!
